Voluntary donations
Donations are voluntary contributions. Once a donation has been successfully processed, it is generally not cancellable or refundable merely because a donor changes their mind.
Duplicate or mistaken payments
If you believe a payment was duplicated, made in error, or was debited without a corresponding confirmation, contact us promptly with the transaction date, amount, donor name and payment/order reference. Please do not send card details, UPI PINs or passwords.
Review and processing
We will review requests individually and may ask for reasonable supporting information. Where a refund is approved, it will normally be initiated to the original payment method, subject to provider and banking processes. The time taken for the credit to appear depends on the bank/payment provider.
Service or programme fees
If the foundation offers a separately priced event, programme or service, any cancellation/refund terms specific to that item will be disclosed before payment and will apply alongside this policy.
How to contact us
Submit a request through the Contact Us page and include the transaction reference and a brief explanation. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval; each request is reviewed fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
