Donations are not physical goods
The foundation’s donation page accepts contributions to support charitable and community activities. A donation does not normally involve shipment of a physical product, so shipping charges and courier delivery timelines do not apply to donations.
Digital acknowledgements
Where contact details are provided and the relevant service is available, a donation acknowledgement or receipt reference may be provided electronically by email or another stated communication channel. Delivery can be affected by incorrect contact details, email filtering, messaging-provider delays or network issues.
Programmes and events
If a particular programme, event or service includes materials or physical delivery, the applicable delivery method, estimated timeline and any charges will be disclosed on the relevant page or before payment.
Help with a missing acknowledgement
If you have made a successful payment but have not received an acknowledgement, contact us with your transaction date, amount and payment reference so that we can check the record. Never send payment passwords or PINs.
